Rev is an online transcription service, which can transcribe from your audio or video file, and provide you with a Word doc of the transcribed text! They offer services starting at $0.10 per minute for basic automated transcriptions and also offer premium transcriptions with humans listening and typing them up, along with proofreading and other add-on services. We use this for our own podcast and highly recommend them!
